If you do purchase something online and upon receiving it doesn’t fit right, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for something else. Stirling Collection is happy to refund or exchange your order, but this must be done within 14 days of your receipt. Please note: for a refund or exchange you would have to cover the cost of shipping the item back to Stirling collection, alternatively you can bring the item you wish to return or exchange in to our Clevedon store. The item returned must be in perfect condition, with all the original tags and all for us to refund you or exchange the item.
Returns/ Exchanges on Sale items are available up to 7 days.
Sample and clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange, or repair. All sales are final.
Now, a step-to-step guide on how to return or exchange your purchase…
- Before an item is returned you must email email@example.com and point out what the item is that you wish to return and why you are returning it.
- Stirling Collection will then give you the details for sending the product back.
- You must then pay to send the item back to Stirling Collection. This must be done by using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back at Stirling Collection. The item must be in pristine condition with the original tags attached and include your filled out return form.
Are there items I can’t exchange?
All purchases on items that have been used cannot be returned
Should the product be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via our contact page. We will organise with you to return the item for assessment. After assessment we will approve repair, a replacement or refund as appropriate. All products are warranted against defects in manufacturing or materials over the reasonable life of the item.
We can’t deliver to a Post Office box or any address which looks suspicious to us. We only deliver within New Zealand and use top quality couriers. Delivery should take between 2-3 working days and a day or two longer for rural deliveries*. Hidez Compression and Good Charlies Heavenly Horse treats might take 5-10 working days as sometimes orders might need to come from Australia or be made up.
